DO NOT MOVE HERE. From day one it has been a nightmare. Have had the same issues that get âfixedâ and still donât work properly. Sink has been worked on three times and still leaks at the bottom. Went 3 days with no heat or hot water in 30 and below weather. Mold growing on both my front and balcony doors. Kitchen had water coming from underneath the floor our first day moving here, had to move in a completely different unit. Oh and don't leave anything in your car, youâll wake up with a rock thrown in your window no matter where you park, has happened multiple times. Martini is incompetent and so is Terri. Ron is the only capable person in that entire office. Mail got stolen multiple times. Hole in the ceiling above shower that leaks unknown substance but keep getting told itâs âjust waterâ but stains the tub yellow and brownish color. The place in general is just run down and fall apart. Balcony and font door side wooden panel falling apart, looks like termite damage. AGAIN IM WARNING YOU TO NOT MOVE HERE. TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE.

My wife and i just recently moved here. Martina, Ron and Tiarra were very friendly and helpful in getting us moved in. Complex is quiet and safe. I would highly recommend living here.

Staff is very nice and seem to truly care to give you a good place to call home. They were very helpful and accommodating and I felt their hustle to get me settled quickly and happily. A word to the wise, after now living here for 9 months. Walls and floors seem quite thin. Innocent noises of my neighbors next to me shutting their kitchen cabinets and drawers and my neighbors below me shutting doors are quite loud and honestly just so jarring. The noises are so low and deep and just radiate through the walls are so hard to tune out, much harder than like neighbor tv noises or dogs barking. I never got used to it and ultimately led me to breaking my lease. I found it hard to get sleep outside of the hours of 11pm-5am, even living on the top floor and sleeping with two fans, a white noise machine, and benadryl. Iâve lived in multiple apartments in my life, this one I have had the hardest time being able to sleep. If youâre more tolerate of noises and a heavy sleeper, itâs a nice place to live. When itâs quiet, itâs really quiet. The front building and maintenance staff I found to be very friendly, kind, and helpful. The pool, outdoor patio area, and gym are really nice amenities.

Tierra Lopez was so helpful in getting us settled into our new home. She was easy to communicate with and was super patient with all of the questions that we had. She fought for us and what we wanted and she worked really hard to make sure we were 100% satisfied with our options. She is also very personable and we think she is a great customer service worker. Her approachable nature made this new step seem a lot less intimidating for us.
