Based on move in- Ron was kind and funny, a fun guy to work with during move in, always answering my 100 questions and showing every apartment. The website isn’t very user friendly so if applying do it right the first time, and if you have ESA animals it takes about a week to get approval. The amenities are gorgeous, pool area and fire pit. People don’t seem to pick up after their dogs so that’s a little annoying.

Complex is super clean , maintenance is on top of everything and Ron Perez at the front office is amazing. He was so helpful with the move in process and even after moving in continued to help me and always be friendly and wave every time I drove by. 10/10 Ron made my experience even better, ask for him if you plan on applying here!

Shout out to Tierra, she’s made getting g my first apartment easy. She made sure I understood everything before signing. She found an issue with the apartment before I moved in, keeping me in the loop about how long it was going to take and when it was fixed. Honestly really happy she took the extra time to make sure it was good to go before hand. After moving in I’m so happy to have met Martina the manager, I’m happy to know that she is willing to make sure I was comfortable in the apartment. Tierra and Martina gave me great recommendations of places to go exploring, eat and relax since I’m new to Colorado. I’m excited for my future here! Thank you!

Moved in a couple of weeks ago. Tierra and the whole office staff to include maintenance have been amazing. Was a little bit of a challenge with their approval process due to the program the company uses. Not the most user friendly in terms of documentation etc. with non traditional civ. employment. Tierra bent over backwards to honor a special when there was miscommunication in our conversation. There were a few items to be fixed upon move in but every one has really been great. Very happy with my decision thus far. Needs more parking but ok so far.

My husband and I recently moved into the community and everything has been amazing so far. We did a quick move in only two days after touring, Ron worked with us with every step of the way and did an excellent job! We are both so happy to have Ron as our leasing agent, we greatly thank him for helping us along the way. The one bedroom Aspen has given us two more than enough space and we’ve been highly satisfied with the apartment. Highly recommended!!!

Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had with renting an apartment. Martina, Tiana and Ron were all very helpful during my stay with almost any need that arose to include locking my apartment one time when I left for a business trip in a rush. I’d take off a half a half a star for maintenance requests sometimes taking a little bit to process but ultimately it was a great place to stay and I’d gladly come back.

Staff is very nice and seem to truly care to give you a good place to call home. They were very helpful and accommodating and I felt their hustle to get me settled quickly and happily. A word to the wise, after now living here for 9 months. Walls and floors seem quite thin. Innocent noises of my neighbors next to me shutting their kitchen cabinets and drawers and my neighbors below me shutting doors are quite loud and honestly just so jarring. The noises are so low and deep and just radiate through the walls are so hard to tune out, much harder than like neighbor tv noises or dogs barking. I never got used to it and ultimately led me to breaking my lease. I found it hard to get sleep outside of the hours of 11pm-5am, even living on the top floor and sleeping with two fans, a white noise machine, and benadryl. I’ve lived in multiple apartments in my life, this one I have had the hardest time being able to sleep. If you’re more tolerate of noises and a heavy sleeper, it’s a nice place to live. When it’s quiet, it’s really quiet. The front building and maintenance staff I found to be very friendly, kind, and helpful. The pool, outdoor patio area, and gym are really nice amenities.
