Based on move in- Ron was kind and funny, a fun guy to work with during move in, always answering my 100 questions and showing every apartment. The website isn’t very user friendly so if applying do it right the first time, and if you have ESA animals it takes about a week to get approval. The amenities are gorgeous, pool area and fire pit. People don’t seem to pick up after their dogs so that’s a little annoying.

Upon moving in Ms.Tierra was very nice and explained how things were going to operate in the unit for me and my wife I would highly recommend this apartment especially if you’re military. She’s extremely knowledgeable and understands.

Complex is super clean , maintenance is on top of everything and Ron Perez at the front office is amazing. He was so helpful with the move in process and even after moving in continued to help me and always be friendly and wave every time I drove by. 10/10 Ron made my experience even better, ask for him if you plan on applying here!

From my 1st phone call, to when she gave me a tour. Tierra was professional, warm and eager to help me find just the right apartment.
