Ever since this apartment complex was bought out, the experience has gone downhill. Replacing the previous staff with people who seem rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping residents has been incredibly disappointing. Customer service has taken a huge step backward, and it often feels like the concerns of residents simply don't matter. Communication has also been extremely poor. Important changes, such as the new payment portal and other updates, have not been communicated clearly or in a timely manner, leaving residents confused and frustrated. These are basic responsibilities of property management, and they have not been handled well. The company that purchased this property should seriously reconsider the team they brought in. A management staff that is approachable, professional, and communicates effectively is essential to maintaining a positive community. Unfortunately, the current management has created an environment where many residents, including us, are now considering moving elsewhere because we no longer feel valued or respected.

The parking over here is terrible, they say no guest parking inside the gate but they do it anyways and the NEW management does nothing. Where is the actual residents supposed to park? I know I’m not the only one that feels like this. I wish the problem would get fixed..

The parking over here is crazy, so the management lets the residents guest have parking spots w/o a permit inside of the gate which leaves the actual paying residents left to park on the street late night just getting home from work and possibly causing parking tickets to pay and or miles walking from car to home at night running to avoid getting assaulted , mind you we were told at the time of the lease signing we had to have permits to park in the gated area, and more than half the cars do not have permits.
